1. How secure is my payment? Your payment is handled by PayPal through their web site and no personal financial details are passed to this web site other than to verify payment details such as order details and payment amount.

2. What information do you keep about me?

Please read our privacy policy for a full explanation of how we treat your data. Essential information is required to expedite your order and includes your name and address, the item you ordered and its associated details such as size, price, order date and dispatch details. This data is kept privately and securely for tax and business purposes and is not stored on any accessible server. Your data is never shared with any other company and you will not receive unsolicited emails from this site unless you have expressly consented to be contacted by the photographer.

3. How long will my prints take to arrive?

Sizes 15 x 10 and 18 x 12 inches should reach you within 10 -14 working days whilst the 30 x 20 inches and Canvas Prints can take up to 28 days but we always endeavour to dispatch your goods just as soon as we can. We cannot however influence external laboratories or workshops.

4. How will my order arrive?

Your order will arrive First Class recorded delivery to your chosen address.

5. Can I change my order?

Changing your order will depend on how quickly you contact us as we endeavour to place your order with the laboratories we use as quickly as we can, usually within 6 - 24 hours. The nature of online accounts is that they are 24 hours a day, 365 days a year so ordering on a Saturday night does not mean that it will processed the following Monday morning! If your order has not been processed then we are happy to amend as necessary, minus handling charges incurred through our Payment Merchant.

6. Can I change my mind?

Once you have ordered through PayPal they immediately deduct their fee from the Sales Total and this is unrecoverable by Hotshot FX. Hotshot FX reserve the right to keep any reasonable costs incurred by a change of mind. However all circumstances will be considered on their own merit and for popular prints likely to be ordered again soon a full refund should be possible minus the aforementioned charges.

7. What if I am not totally satisfied by my print or canvas?

Hotshot FX will always replace defective or faulty prints at no extra cost to the customer and with a full refund. Instructions on how to return damaged items will be posted by email to you immediately after you contact us with your concerns.

8. How do I complain?

Please complain in the first instance by emailing Hotshot FX or calling Lee.

9. General terms and Conditions:-

i. Hotshot FX reserve the right to accept or refuse any order from you.

ii. We reserve the right to use different photographic paper and Canvas products in the production of your items to those stated on our web site as our suppliers hold the same condition over Hotshot FX.

iii. Hotshot FX will try to reply promptly to all correspondence as is reasonable. Reply may be by email, post or telephone.

iv. Postage rates and delivery times are based on United Kingdom deliveries only. Deliveries to all destinations is not possible - if you live abroad please email Lee before ordering for clarification of rates and times.

v. The colours of the final picture that you receive will depend on many factors. All Hotshot FX equipment is carefully colour calibrated but printing processes and, most importantly, the screen you use, will all interpret colours differently. Hotshot FX cannot guarantee the colours you see on your screen will be a perfect match for your ordered items.
